12/20/2023 0 Comments Resume words to describe speedinessThis means that my resume does not have many exceptional facts on it yet. I have zero work experience and am only a second year CS student. Yes I know, nearly all of the time spent on developing a software product comes from planning and thinking. I imagine in most cases employers do not care about how fast you can type and would think something like this on your resume will come off as condescending and arrogant. Able to implement ideas very fast in code.Very quick at implementation and addition of code to software projects.Very quick at implementing solutions and algorithms. Some ways I have thought of squeezing this fact into my resume are: Obviously it's significantly slower when I'm writing actual code - probably 40 to 60 WPM less due to having to reach for certain symbols in the top row and right of the keyboard. I have a really fast typing speed - 140 WPM on average and 160 WPM as my peak when typing regular paragraphs. I seriously don't mean to brag and especially come off as arrogant, but it's a question that has gotten me curious for a while now. We could always do with more help and wisdom, friend! The better the FAQ, the harder we can come down on lazy posters with low-effort OPs, which means a higher quality subreddit experience for you. Please don't start new threads about these topics without getting mod permission first, lest we be forced to.
